  • The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
  • The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, and Visa Infinite cardholders which: (a) bears the Visa and/or Visa name and logo on the face of the card and/or (b) refers to a member of the Visa Group as an issuer or a participant partner on the bank of the card, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of Visa’s Group. Cardholders must settle payment with their Visa card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
  • The Promotion is not available on all merchant properties. The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties (promotion eligible properties) in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at the following URLs:
  • Agoda reserves the right to launch selected and temporary “tactical offers” at higher discount levels for selected countries.
  • The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank and/or Agoda shall be final.
  • The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions, and the like).
  • Visa and/or Agoda can change the terms and conditions at any point in time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
  • This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at Visa’s sole discretion.
