Terms and Conditions

1. Offers are valid from 1 November 2018 - 31 October 2019. (Japan Time)
2. Offers are valid for all Visa cards except cards issued in Japan.
3. The offer can be received only at the designated branch shops of the merchants. Check the list of participating branch shops before use.
4. To receive the offers, Visa card and Visa Offer Coupon (if merchants require Coupon for offer redemption*) need to be presented when redeeming the offers at the participating merchants. If you shop at the on-line merchant, please enter Visa promotion code at the on-line merchant's web site
5. Offers may not be used in combination with any other promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
6. Terms and conditions for each offer are different. Be certain to read the terms and conditions for each offer before use. Additional terms and conditions may be applied by participating merchants, which may not be stipulated in Visa Web site. Visa cardholders are solely responsible for checking and complying with the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant participating merchant.
7. While Visa and its representatives have taken all reasonable steps to provide information as accurately as possible, Visa Card holders cannot make any claim, complaint, or seek compensation against Visa for:
1. any errors or omissions (negligent or otherwise) in respect to anything contained at Visa Web site; or

8. Offers are void where restricted by law, prohibited or subject to taxation.
