Marking the Omani Women’s Day, Sohar International organized a special dinner reception for its female staff at the bank’s headquarters situated in the Water Front Building in Shatti Al Qurum, reaffirming its commitment to champion female employees with a focus on their career prospects and continued growth as key assets in the organizations development as well as the nation’s.

The reception witnessed an attendance of over 100 female staff and an engaging and entertaining atmosphere for all the attendees with an inspirational speech by the special guest; Dr. Yasmin Al Balushi, Dean of Muscat College, who shared her journey and achievements. Following the speech, the bank female staff enjoyed the fun engagement activities and a buffet dinner that concluded the event.

Based on an Omani theme, the celebrations included games, activities and an assortment of local food delicacies for the crowd present there. Commemorating its female employees, the bank also distributed gifts to all Omani women employees across the bank.
