The MOU was signed recently at Sohar International’s Head Office by Khalil Al Hedaifi, Chief Retail Banking Officer of Sohar International, and Dr. Rohil Raghavan, Regional CEO-VPS Oman of Burjeel Hospital.

The MOU valid for a period of one year entitles Sohar International’s cardholders to a range of services at Burjeel Hospital that include – 20% discount on all consultations and 2 General Practitioner, 1 Cardiology and 2 Dental consultations free in a year for out-patients; 10% discount and an upgrade to the Royal Suite for in-patients; 20% discount on diagnostics; free ambulance service; 1 free health checkup for Credit Cardholders and 50% discount for their family members; and a 20% discount on Physiotherapy.

That’s not all – under the “Interactive Easy Payment Plan” program, Sohar International’s credit card (Gold, Platinum, Signature and Infinite) customers will be able to make payments in equal installments over a 3, 6 or 12 month period with zero interest rate for any medical bill amounting to OMR 200 and above, made at any of Burjeel Hospital Oman’s branches. Customers will be notified of their Easy Payment Plan within 48 hours via SMS by Sohar International.
